The organizational objectives outlined
by the founders remain the same but the scope and reality of todays
organization is probably far greater than originally envisioned. They
are:
1. To contribute to the enlargement
and perpetuation of the history of Coast Guard aviation and recognition
thereof both internally and in areas external to their service.
2. To support Coast Guard aviation
and its goals, and to promote interest in such matters in areas external
to the service.
3. To maintain informational liaison
between present and past members of the Coast Guard aviation establishment.
4. To promote social contact and
camaraderie between all Coast Guard aviation personnel through periodic
fraternal gatherings both national and regional in scope.
