Objectives

The organizational objectives outlined by the founders remain the same but the scope and reality of today’s organization is probably far greater than originally envisioned. They are:

• 1. To contribute to the enlargement and perpetuation of the history of Coast Guard aviation and recognition thereof both internally and in areas external to their service.

• 2. To support Coast Guard aviation and its goals, and to promote interest in such matters in areas external to the service.

• 3. To maintain informational liaison between present and past members of the Coast Guard aviation establishment.

• 4. To promote social contact and camaraderie between all Coast Guard aviation personnel through periodic fraternal gatherings both national and regional in scope.
